Women’s Welterweight IWBF Title to 1on1Knockout’s Melissa St Vil

She did it again. We trained hard, she put in the work and now 1on1Knockout’s very own Melissa St. Vil has her second title and her first world title.

Going 10 rounds St Vil bested Sarah Kuhn by unanimous decision in upstate New York on August 3, 2013. Competing at a weight above her usual 130 or 135, Melissa came up to compete against a larger Kuhn at 144. She kept her strength, we increased her cardio and despite the weight different Melissa balled all the way to the finish.
